I am thinking to settle and setup a factory in vasai but as I have got information that vasai is low lying area and most of the residencial and industrial area are flooded in rainy season. a good site. please correct the latitude longitude reference. the latitudes should be first and then longitudes (latitudes are north/south).
could you also list local colleges/schools and thier alumni? it will be good to visit old long lost friends. further this can be extended to list local professionals such as teachers, doctors etc.
Vasai should be excluded from Thane district and come under muncipal limits.
there is no nearest connection to Thane/Navi Mumbai instead Mumbai is closely connected.
Vasai should also be connected in parallel to the railway network, Toll can be collected after Bhayander ( Though Toll might be eliminated in future as per the CM’s latest remarks ).
There seems no political will for such projects hence living in vasai is like hell i.e. water problems, load shedding problems, commuting problems & what not.
I hope some miracle happens & vasai gets a face-lift in the nearest future.
