  12. I have booked a ticket through debit card. The bank account has been debited. However, details of ticket booked is not shown in the history of booked tickets. I have tried the steps advised by the railway helpline for cancelling the ticket. I have not been successful. Available details are given below. Please advise me as to how to cancel the ticket.
